Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (SDEC), with SAIC Motor
Corporation Limited as its main shareholder, is a large state-owned
high-tech enterprise engaged in research and development and
manufacture of engines, engine parts and generator sets, possessing
a state-level technical center, a postdoctoral working station,
world-level automatic production lines and a quality assurance
system that meets passage cars standards. Its former was Shanghai
Diesel Engine Factory that was established in 1947 and was
restructured into a stock-shared company in 1993 with shares of A
and B.
In its nearly 70 years' development, SDEC saw its products all over
the world. SDEC now has seven series of high-quality diesel and
natural gas engines, i.e. R, H, D, C, E, G and W series. These
series engines with power outputs of 50 to 1,600 kW are mainly
applied to trucks, buses, construction machinery, generator sets,
marine application and agricultural equipment.

Tower, Welding Generator and related control system and

1. What is your warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hous, whichever comes
first(Excep the damageable spare parts of genset caused by
incorrect man-made operation).
2. Does your generator have global warranty?
Yes. Gensets powered by global brand engine which with the global
warranty service. And the alterntors Stamford, Leroy somer,
Meccalte, Marathon also have the global warranty service.
3. What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before
shipment.
L/C Irrevocable L/C at sight.
4. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 20 to 30 days. If you have urgent
demand, the delivery will be shorter depending on the requirements.
If you have special requirements, the delivery will be longer.
5. Can the generators be customized?
Yes. Our generators can be customized depending on customer's
detailed requirements. We can supply generators for rental
business, home use, inudstrial projects, army projects, power
station, etc. The generators we supply is suitable for indoor and
outdoor use, lower and high temperature environment.
